At Brasserie Thiriez we are a family and a hop-crazy team of seven. We brew more than 2000 hL of beer every year.
For us, the most important aspects of brewing are the use of quality ingredients, taking the time to do things the right way, and respecting
traditional methods. None of our beers are filtered or
pasteurized and they are all refermented in the bottle. From our experience
it’s this alchemy that helps us create an authentic
and artisanal beer
for both your pleasure and ours !
Being northerners we also have a respect for certain values :
